The Challenge

The organization was preparing to expand in the Oil & Gas market but lacked the cloud-native foundation required to support scalable, secure, and automated operations. Their environments were inconsistent, deployments were manual, and there was no unified approach to managing workloads across cloud and on-premises environments.

The Solution

Transcloud implemented a modern, cloud-native architecture built on Google Cloud. We established a secure Landing Zone with clear resource hierarchy, environment segregation, and IAM governance aligned to enterprise standards.

A production-ready GKE cluster was deployed with hardened configurations, autoscaling, and operational best practices. To accelerate development, Transcloud designed a modern CI/CD pipeline using infrastructure-as-code principles, enabling automated build, test, and deployment workflows. A sample application showcased the full lifecycle, including Windows-based compatibility testing.

To meet hybrid requirements, an open-source Kubernetes cluster was deployed on Compute Engine to simulate on-premises environments. Anthos was introduced as the unified management plane, providing centralized operations, policy enforcement, and comprehensive security across both GKE and the open-source cluster.

This platform foundation enabled the organization to confidently modernize and scale across cloud and hybrid environments.
